Meetings are usually held in May, July, September, November, January and March in the Village Hall Memorial Room,
Hampstead Norreys, Thatcham, Berkshire, RG18 0TN at 7.30pm
In April the Parish Council hosts the Annual Parish Meeting when all electors in the village are very welcome.
Electors are also welcome at the bi-monthly Parish Council meetings and can speak in the Open Session time.
